01 Vehicle & Transportation Policy

  • Vehicle movement is subject to government rules and local authority restrictions.
  • In temple areas, narrow lanes, or pilgrimage sites, vehicles may not be allowed.
  • Guests may need to walk or use local transport (rickshaw/e-rickshaw) at their own cost.
  • The driver will drop you at the nearest accessible parking point.

02 Hills & Pilgrimage Special Conditions

  • In hill stations or religious places (e.g., temples, ghats), vehicle access is limited.
  • Walking is often required due to terrain, crowd management, or government restrictions.
  • The company is not responsible for inconvenience caused due to such restrictions.

03 Sightseeing & Timings

  • Some temples and attractions may remain closed between 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
  • Due to timing restrictions, some darshans may be missed.
  • Our Tour Director will always try to maximize your sightseeing experience.
Departure Time

Suggested departure time is 6:00 AM – 6:30 AM for smooth itinerary execution.

Itinerary Flexibility

The Tour Director reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen situations.

Vehicle AC: Vehicle AC may not operate while the vehicle is parked or stationary.
Safety: Wearing seat belts is mandatory. Any fines due to violation will be borne by the customer.
Pricing: Prices are subject to seasonal changes and government policy updates.
