History of Radha Raman Temple

Ram Navami in the month of Vaisakha takes place around April-May. Vasudeva, a close relative who accidentally won the battle, is released.

The Radha Raman Temple is an ancient one that belongs to the cities of Vrindavan and Mathura. The temple has been built according to the Shikharbat' style of art, and the entire perception of the design is related to this. Tradition says that during the visit of Lord Chaitanya Mahaprabhu (Gauranga), there was a rare phenomenon: Gopala Bhatta.

Architecture of Radha Raman Temple

The temple's architectural style and space have been chosen with the care to be a harmonious blend of classical Hindu design. Red sandstone, used to build this temple, is accompanied by gorgeous reliefs and floral ornamentation. The main shrine of the temple is the only place where the self-manifested deity is worshipped. It is said to be the presence of Ramba, and it shows the charm of the Lord.

Festivals Celebrated at Radha Raman Temple

  1. Ram Navami (March-April): Brahmotsava is the main festival, and it begins with the decoration of the altar. It is celebrated through Brahmotsava, the main festival of the period. The main theme of the festival is the decoration of the altar.
  2. Chandan Yatra (May-June): Sukadev passed away about 7,000 years ago and the dead man was eulsogize by all of them. They performed such austerities as the wind reigned supreme.
  3. Jhulan Yatra (July-August): A large swing (Jhulana) consisting of three cable sets is erected in the temple courtyard. The platform for the swing is decorated with a lot of flowers. The theme for the day is monsoon season.
  4. Janmashtami (August-September): The birth of Lord Krishna is celebrated the most with fair festivity.

The best season to view this holy place is the period from October to April as the weather is moderate and therefore ideal for pilgrimages and of course cinema which is our religion.
