Are you looking for a soul-refreshing journey to the sacred city of Ayodhya? We offer a comprehensive day tour from Lucknow, Delhi, or Varanasi that provides an immersive spiritual experience. Visit the iconic Ram Mandir, explore ancient temples, relax by the serene Saryu River, and participate in the divine evening Aarti—all in one perfectly planned trip.
In this blog, I’ll walk you through the details of this unforgettable Ayodhya tour package, giving you an inside look at what you can expect.
We start the day early with a convenient pickup from your location, whether it be from Lucknow, Delhi, Varanasi, or the airport/railway station. Our private car or van, driven by a professional and courteous driver, ensures a relaxed and safe ride to Ayodhya. The journey time may vary depending on your location. Typically, it takes around 2-4 hours to get to Lucknow and Varanasi, while travel from Delhi can take longer.
Once in Ayodhya, your first stop is the iconic Ram Mandir. This majestic temple is steeped in history and devotion, and you’ll have plenty of time to offer prayers and explore the temple’s sacred surroundings. Our professional guide will be there to narrate the temple’s rich history and religious significance, making your visit even more meaningful.
Next, we take you to Hanuman Garhi Mandir, another important spiritual landmark in Ayodhya. This 10th-century temple, dedicated to Lord Hanuman, offers a unique blend of history, culture, and spirituality. You can enjoy some quiet moments of prayer here, connecting with the serene atmosphere.
A visit to Ayodhya is incomplete without experiencing the holy Saryu River. We’ll take you to the major ghats, where you can enjoy a peaceful boat ride if you wish, or simply take in the scenic beauty that surrounds this divine river.
After a fulfilling spiritual journey, it's time to recharge with a delicious lunch at one of Ayodhya’s local restaurants. Indulge in authentic vegetarian cuisine, which is prepared fresh and reflects the rich flavors of the region. (Note: Lunch expenses are not included in the package.)
After lunch, we continue our exploration by visiting Ayodhya’s other major temples and attractions, such as the Kanak Bhawan and Nageshwarnath Temple. These temples are renowned for their intricate architecture and spiritual significance, giving you a deeper insight into Ayodhya’s rich cultural heritage.
Take some time to relax and soak in the tranquil surroundings at Saryu Ghat. The quiet atmosphere here is perfect for reflection or simply enjoying the beauty of the riverside. It’s an ideal way to unwind after a day of spiritual exploration.
One of the most magical moments of your trip will be witnessing the Evening Aarti at Saryu Ghat. This devotional ceremony is a sight to behold, as the river is illuminated with oil lamps and prayers are chanted in the air. You can join the locals in this divine experience, adding a memorable spiritual note to your journey.
After a spiritually enriching day, we depart from Ayodhya and head back to your starting point. Sit back and relax as our private car/van transports you safely back home.
