The Barsana Shri Radha Rani Temple was constructed about 5000 years ago, which is why it has great historical and mythological significance. In the beginning, King Vajranabh, the great-grandson of Lord Krishna was the founder of the temple, according to ancient stories. The current structure was, however, erected by Raja Veer Singh and Narayan Bhatt in 1675 AD with the help of Raja Todarmal, one of Emperor Akbar's governors.
